Our primary goal since 1994 has always been to make our guests feel like they are actually in Greece while visiting our restaurant. So, to bring Greece to Ventura, we put on belly dancing shows, Greek-style dances, and many other Greek forms of entertainment. You can schedule belly dancing or Greek dance at any special event. Our Entertainers

Paulina Bott

Paulina has continued to charm audiences with her unique, captivating and engaging performance style, as well as to inspire her students with her knowledge and passion for belly dance for close to twenty years.

Paulina began her belly dance career with the UCSB Middle East Ensemble in 1995. Her style has since continued to evolve and draw on her diverse background in dance, ranging from traditional folkloric dances of the Middle East to Hip Hop, funk, and Bollywood, creating a fusion of Raks Sharqi and cabaret with a modern flare.

Kali Sundari

Kali is a professional bellydancer and bellydance instructor based in Ventura County. A featured performer at tThe Greek Mediterranean Steak and Seafood, Kali also performs at private parties and events, festivals and local venues, including Rubicon Theatre Company, Zoey’s Cafe, SOHO Restaurant and Music Club, Santa Barbara Museum of Art, as well as Calamigos Ranch, The Knitting Factory, Ford Amphitheater and the Playboy Mansion.

Amber Mist

Amber has over 15 years of performance experience including belly dancing, go go dancing and circus arts. She has trained with the top instructors in the field. Amber has traveled to Egypt to further her training in belly dancing and studied many different styles in this ancient art form. She has been hired in numerous Music videos and TV shows including MTV and E! Entertainment. She has traveled in the circus with her specialty act combining belly dance with acrobatics and sword balancing.


A second-generation belly dancer. Following in her mother’s footsteps, she found a passion for belly dance at a young age. Although she watched and imitated her mother’s dancing as a little girl, her formal training began with gymnastics at age 3 and included belly dance, ballet, tap and jazz by age 7. By the age of 10, she was delighting audiences with her solo performances. As a soloist, Shannelle is devoted to improvisational dance and loves the freedom of expression this art form encourages.

Dimitri Arabatzis

Dimitri is a professional Greek dancer who has been performing for over 25 years. Dimitri has performed all over the world, on national television here and in Greece (Proino Kafe, Full House, Wedding Band, Sprint, etc.). Along with entertaining celebrities in countless events including Tom Hanks’ wedding anniversary. He currently performs every weekend at The Greek! Although Dimitri recently started his own website and online marketing agency, Take Over Page 1, his true passion is dancing.
