La Perlina, or “little pearl”, is inspired by the mythical past of the Mediterranean. Aromas and flavors of green nectarines, pressed linen, butter cream, and baked oak with a lively, finely carbonated, moderately sweet, medium-to-full body. A refreshing and youthful dessert wine.

Aromas of black cherry, cola and a little vanilla. Taste reveals similar flavors to the nose with a smooth, soft texture. It ends dry with lingering sour cherry notes as well as some hints of cranberry and black tea. Pairs well with pork and fish dishes.
