Dance, Music, and the Spirit of Opa!

Amber
Amber has been dancing and doing gymnastics from as long as she can remember. However, she had no idea that walking into that belly dance class where she held a veil in her hands for the very first time, would shape her entire future. She soon went on to becoming one of the top professional belly dancers in her area. Shortly after, she moved to LA to pursue performance where she studied in circus theatre combining belly dance with traditional and modern circus acrobatics.
She has a wide variety of skills in dance and circus including aerial, tight rope walking and fire dancing to name a few.
Amber has traveled to Egypt to further her training in belly dancing and has studied many different styles in this ancient art form. Amber performed with one of LA's top international dance companies, toured with the circus and has been hired in numerous music video, TV shows and print ads.
Amber still loves performing every week but also focuses on running her entertainment company, Mistic Dream Entertainment providing live specialty entertainment for private parties and corporate events.

Dimitri
From a young age, my mother Eleni filled our home with song, dance, love, and laughter. Thanks to her, I grew up around Greek music and dancing. But the real spark came when I joined a dance group — mostly because I had a crush on a girl. Nothing came of the crush, but I fell hard for performing and never looked back.
In 2022, I lost my mom to cancer. To honor her, I started Dance for Mom — a scholarship awarded every July 26th to someone with a great heart and strong personality, just like she had. It’s not just for dancers — it’s for anyone who could use help toward their education or goals. The name reflects what I do every time I perform: I dance for her.
Now in 2025, I feel incredibly blessed to still be dancing, entertaining, and sharing this incredible culture with audiences everywhere. There’s no better feeling than putting a smile on someone’s face doing something I love — for the people, for the culture, and always for my mom.
Kenny Devoe
Born in Plainfield, New Jersey, I got my first taste of international life (and rhythm) when my family moved to Mexico City, where I picked up a guitar at age five. Back in the U.S. by seven, I switched gears to the drums-because why not make more noise? My musical path kept evolving when we moved to Killara, a suburb of Sydney, Australia, whe V. attended Kinma, progressive school that encouraged me to follow my artistic instincts. That early encouragement led me to study music and photography in the Bay Area, then percussion in Harlem at the Jazzmobile School, along with countless lessons from private instructors along the way. Music has always been part of my DNA - especially growing up in a big Irish family where "family gathering" was code for "impromptu concert." grandfather taught us traditional Irish folk songs, and we never needed much of an excuse to sing them loud and proud. I played my first solo acoustic gig in Ventura Harbor back in 1992, and l've been a regular on local waterside patios ever since, blending guitar, harmonica, and vocals into a laid-back sound that fits the salty air. I just wrapped a solo acoustic tour across the U.S., and now you can find me every Thursday from 5-7 p.m. at The Greek in Ventura Harbor-serving up tunes with your tzatziki.
